I learned the hard way - penguins bite!” The penguin was safely returned to the zoo later that night with the help from Pino’s uncle. We cornered it, put it in a box, and took it across town in a bus. “When I was seventeen my friends and I thought it would be fun to “borrow” a penguin from the Turin Zoo. “Pino was always adventurous and a bit mischievous,” said his brother John. In the winter skied in the Alps, starting the day skiing in Italy and ending it in France, Switzerland, or Germany. When he wasn’t working, Pino played soccer for the Juventus Football Club, a professional team based in Turin. In Italy, Pino first worked as a fruit and vegetable broker, traveling across Europe to negotiate contracts between farmers and grocers, and farmers and restaurants. His brother John Milone, eighteen at the time, stayed with his grandmother in Quincy. When he was twelve years old he moved with his parents back to their family home in Turin, Italy. But here's a bad review none the less.Pino Santarpia was born in Quincy, MA. Actually they don't give one s**t how anyone feels. I know for a fact that dunks doesn't care much for customer feed back. They picked the car of a man with a seasoned dunks veteran for a wife on the other end of the phone. I literally never complain but this was absolutely asinine of your employees. A donut that your employees didn't even wanna serve/sell. Seriously dunks? Can't even get a simple donut right. My husband gets leaves and finds a chocolate frosted. Male employee ended up caving and asked him what kind he wanted. My husband wasn't even allowed a donut at 430p.m on a Thursday. Perhaps replace your evening crew because they're costing and losing you money. 3 people is exactly enough, at the least, to run a drive thru. U can't tell me 3 people is not enough to serve food. Even at another coffee shop I did it myself. I've worked for employers of dunks who made me run a whole store alone on many occasions. 3 people is alot of employees compared to other shops having to close because noone will work. You can't tell paying customers that there's only 3 employees on ( drive thru only ) so you can't serve food. The answer is NEVER! You can't tell customers you aren't serving food when there's food directly behind you that customers can see. Worked dunks at various locations for over 20 years and never once did they put 3 people on the schedule to run the drive thru and serve NO FOOD! Since when does dunks spend money to not make money? Never. Fratelli’s created my cake to the letter, and at a fraction of the cost of the others. Some were guessing the price and thinking it came from one of the big, expensive bakeries known for their wedding cakes. It was delicious and was the crowning glory to my beautiful wedding! My guests were amazed at the detail. My wedding cake was delivered on time, as promised. My new husband and I had full faith in the work that they do. I decided to have them do my wedding cake for my Oct. They’re quick to respond to emails and phone messages. They’re meticulous with following your special order requests, and keep in constant contact with you if there are any additional questions. We’ve ordered so many specialty cakes in the past, for birthdays, holidays and special occasions. I cannot say enough about how much my family LOVES Fratelli’s! Quincy and Weymouth locations.
